Jordans 2017 is honoring Michael Jordan's rise from the hardwood to the front office with the release of the Air Jordan 16 "CEO" edition. The colorway is a nod to Michael Jordan being the CEO and majority owner of the Charlotte Hornets NBA franchise. The colorway draws inspiration from the from the Hornets signature uniform colors of purple and teal, with black suede covering the strap. A color transitioning toe cap is added on the front, as well as the tongue. This Air Jordan 16 features a Black suede upper with patent leather on the toe highlighted with iridescent accents.
